PiYo on the Go! is a fully functional digital notebook that helps you track your PiYo workouts and meals/water. Sculpt it! Track it! Print it!

PiYo on the Go! was designed with a simple, easy to use, interface which will let you Focus on your workouts! ** Daily Meal Plan/Water Tracker: In each workout you will find a blue plate with fork/knife icon. This is your meal plan for that day. The icon is next to Save button. The daily water tracker is accessed via water bottle icon. Before entering the meal/water tracker you will need to put your Current Weight in Settings (not Weight Tracker Settings)

PiYo on the Go! features include (but not limited to):
- Track your workout dates/time not calendar days (Life happens! Bend your schedule don't break it!)
- Are you following the modifiers? Track it! Intensity Level Normal, Modified, Mixed
Some days you have to modify to stay in the game. You are still moving forward :)
- Add a note, a Focus Point (yeah that's my phrase) to each workout. Rough day? Bad recoup?
- Rate the difficulty level of workout. This does change even for the same workout - explain in your notes.
- What's my next workout?... PiYo on the Go! will remind you. Option to set reminder.
- Profile will show current program, Your Next Workout, and percent completed.
- View or export Fitness Reports for measurements (Day 0, Day 28, Day 56).
Track your progress with Focus Points*:
- Add photos to every measurement day!
- Record your measurements: Weight (Chest, Arm, Waist, Hips, Thigh)
- Total Measurements: Automatically calculates/tracks measurements to show overall change.
*Focus Points is one of our inside app apps - add your measurements here. Something to focus on!
***Note: Enter all measurements as a whole number or number decimal. Do not add commas. Use 25.50 not 25,50. Non-US keyboards override comma filtering - Known Android bug ***
Weight Tracker v2.0 included!

Permission:
Write access to external storage is needed to create a "PIYOontheGo" folder and export your Fitness Reports and other data reports to this folder. Vibration access is for reminder notification option.
